The Plimsoll Inquiry
The Plimsoll Inquiry examined what a traditional art gallery been in its past, what is it now and more importantly, what could it be in the future. The inquiry involved over 80 participants that formed a ‘ ‘Community of Inquiry’, ranging from artists, members of the public, academics, curators, writers, poets, musicians, students, cooks, and philosophers. It was an autonomous platform for thinking, creating and presenting—and it was entirely collaborative.
